Meredith and Matt’s Wedding at Nature’s Point in Austin, Texas

Meredith and Matt met July 4th in 2011 on a trip to Galveston with their friends. They headed for the beach for sand and sun with their friends. They could not have known that a weekend meant purely to be a fun getaway would turn into something much more meaningful. Matt and Meredith would meet one another and become partners for life.

The moment they met, instantly Meredith thought there would be something special between them. She loved the way Matt made her laugh and thought he was so cute. Matt felt equally enamored, and their beach trip was the beginning of a relationship full of laughter and tenderness. The two had to face the obstacle of a long distance relationship for a year so while their relationship was filled with fun, they had a solid foundation that kept them bonded through challenges.

In anticipating their wedding day, Meredith was most excited about their personal vows she and Matt wrote one another. She looked forward to not just Matt but her friends and family as well witnessing their love for one another. Matt was most anticipating the moment when the wedding ceremony completed and they would officially be a married couple. The end of the ceremony would signify the beginning of their lives as a married couple.

Matt and Meredith held a traditional and romantic wedding at Nature’s Point Venue. The florals were by Lone Star Bloom. Hair and makeup were by Flair Austin.
