Erin and Shawn | Wedding at the Chandelier of Gruene in Gruene, Texas

Erin and Shawn hale from the small town of Nixon, Texas. They embraced the outdoor lifestyle Texas has to offer, staying busy with showing livestock, hunting, fishing, and riding horses. While they knew each other in high school, it was Erin’s grandpa who finally took Shawn aside and informed him of his granddaughter’s feelings toward Shawn! At their wedding, Erin honored her grandfather by sharing the last part of the father-daughter dance with him. There was not a dry eye in the banquet hall!

Shawn and Erin’s day was FULL of beautiful, touching moments, starting with the sweetest First Look. Their friends and family were sneaking peeks of them seeing each other for the first time, and I think that it was so fitting, given how much these two are loved! Everyone wanted to see them in such a JOYFUL moment!

The classic chapel at Chandelier of Gruene was a perfect backdrop for these Texan sweethearts. Erin’s dress was stunning—so soft and flowy—with gorgeous, delicate sleeves. I adored her style! From her Show me Your Mumu bridesmaids dresses in silver sage crisp to all of her Kendra Scott—their day was gorgeous! Shawn rocked his cowboy hat, and the pair were absolutely beautiful as they said their vows to each other in the chapel. Also, how cute is their ring bearer?

Erin and Shawn, it was an honor to work with you. I am so thankful that your grandpa put things into motion and that the two of you got together!!! You are such incredible and kind souls. Congratulations!
