Kevin had the perfect plan to propose to Chennel at the beautiful Red Rock Canyon in Nevada. For their flight from their home in New York to Nevada, Kevin safely tucked the gorgeous ring he chose for Chennel into his carry-on luggage. However, his plan to surprise Chennel was nearly foiled when airport security staff pulled Kevin to the side to do an in depth search of his bags. Rather than have Chennel find out the ring was packed in his luggage, he quietly asked if he could have the bags checked in private. Luckily, airport security obliged and Kevin’s secret was safe. At a safe distance away from Chennel, the airport security staff wished Kevin good luck and high-fived him on his way out while Chennel looked on. Chennel figured that Kevin had told the staff they were headed to Vegas and thought the cheers were to wish them well on their trip. Luckily, Kevin was able to follow through with his plan, and proposed to her at the canyon where they enjoyed the most gorgeous views and the start of their life together.
When I met Chennel and Kevin, I was instantly smitten with them! This couple is incredibly warm and sweet, and I have a feeling they bring out the very best in each other. They both work in television in New York, and talking with them instantly had me longing for walks in Central Park and pizza! The couple held their wedding at Chapel Dulcinea and had a sweet reception at Olive and June afterward. Congratulations to this amazing couple!
