According to Zachary, Amanda cancelled on him three times before they finally had their first date together. Zach recalls that it was full of laughter and conversation. The two had an instant connection and did not want the date to end. Amanda is a pre-school teacher, and even though their first date was on a week night, they decided to continue the date, venturing to Waterfront Park at the Charleston Pier in South Carolina. It was at that same pier that Zachary later proposed to Amanda. He told her it was a date night, but took a little detour over to the pier. He hired a photographer to capture the emotion of the day.  Amanda and Zachary celebrated their wedding at TerrAdorna in Manor, Texas, on September 12, 2015. It was a gorgeous day, and I am so grateful to have been a part of it!
