Ashley and Scott recently left behind the Lone Star State for a new life in Denver, Colorado. As such, they decided it would be the perfect place for them to celebrate their marriage. The mountains in Denver were a stunning backdrop for these nature lovers.
These two first met working at Whole Foods, and were a bit uncertain how the other person felt. Ashley made the first move to sort of ask Scott on a date, but then she asked a friend to come with them to make it not exactly a date. She was playing it safe. I love that idea: spend time together away from work as friends, and then see if that spark is there! And. It. Was.
Ashley and Scott are so incredibly comfortable in each other’s presence. They call each other best friends, and it was so easy to see that they are!
Not only did Ashley and Scott pick the prettiest spot everrrrr for their mountaintop wedding—the Manor House—but Ashley’s expertise working in weddings and events led her to pick a dream team of vendors. Brindle and Oak designed stunning ceremony and reception spaces in beautiful jewel tones, and Lace and Lilies provided the prettiest of blooms.
Ashley and Scott, your day was unforgettable. It was absolutely stunning, and it was an incredible honor to work with such kind-hearted souls. Thank you so very much for having me be a part of it!!!
