It was in school for their PhD—Sarah in Neuroscience and Cognitive Science and Greg in Aerospace Engineering—that they first met. They were at the University of Maryland where Sarah had already completed her Master’s. An alum of the University of Texas, Greg loves Austin, and the pair decided that Austin was the perfect location for their fall 2018 wedding.

Sarah and Greg currently call D.C. home, as they both work in policy. They came to Austin for their engagement session, leaving the cold late fall behind them. After their session, they headed off for the University of Texas stadium to catch the college football game.
